Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Anaesthetist to join our team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. As a key member of our Anaesthetic Directorate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anaesthetic services to patients across our health board.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a range of duties, including:

  • Providing anaesthetic services to patients in our theatres and critical care units
  • Participating in the anaesthetics on-call rota at the Grange University Hospital
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Leading and mentoring junior anaesthetists and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Full registration and a licence to practice with the GMC
