About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Director to join our team at Harmonic Operations™ | Certified B Corp. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development across our healthcare and pharma division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead point of contact for a major global account, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Project manage campaigns from planning through to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and profitability, leveraging your expertise in the health and pharma sector.
- Troubleshoot and identify problems, providing solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Lead on client-facing meetings and updates, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the health and pharma industry, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
- Support new business pitching, leveraging your expertise to win new clients and projects.
- Oversee the strategy and direction of our healthcare and pharma division, working closely with our team to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and develop the team, inspiring, motivating, and driving performance to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with health and pharmaceuticals accounts, with a deep understanding of the sector.
- Proactive attitude and ambition, with a drive to succeed and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of your client's business, with participation in long-term business planning.
- A master of developing and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally.

Salary: up to £95,000 - £105,000
