About the Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Nairn. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing respite care to individuals with caring responsibilities, allowing them to take a well-deserved break.

About Us

Carr Gomm is a leading social care and community development charity. Our service in Nairn provides respite breaks to people with caring responsibilities, helping to keep them in their own homes and surrounded by familiarity and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respite care for 1-5 hours at a time, allowing carers to take a break
  • Work with a flexible schedule to accommodate carers' needs
  • Develop strong relationships with carers and individuals receiving support
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment that values your contributions and helps you grow in your role
What We Offer
  • 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service (pro-rata)
  • Paid travel time and additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile
