About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at The McIndoe Centre in East Grinstead. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients, working closely with our clinical and nursing teams to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the needs of our patients are met and exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and nursing teams to deliver effective care plans.
- Contribute to the smooth running of our Outpatients and Pre-Assessment teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our patients, their families, and our staff.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You
- NVQ 2 and/or 3 qualified.
- Experience of working with a variety of patients, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and families.
