Service Engineer

Polytec Ltd. is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide telephone and remote technical support to identify and resolve issues with our products.
- Offer pre and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform servicing and repair of equipment in-house or on-site, both in the UK and internationally.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve critical situations promptly.
- Assist with managing service parts inventory levels.
- Deliver service training to staff and distributors.
- Install and provide user training for our products.
- At least 3 years' experience working in an equipment service environment, preferably with laboratory instrumentation.
- Broad experience of providing service and support to customers.
- Ability to work to necessary Health and Safety requirements.
- Competent in reading and understanding wiring diagrams and instruction manuals.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving license.
