Requirements:
  • A visionary leader with over 10 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within the IT Consulting & Services sector
  • Proven ability to drive growth in competitive markets
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies from inception, with experience in building new markets and leading business development initiatives
  • Expertise in working with senior executives and influencing high-value sales decisions, particularly in sectors such as banking, finance, insurance, e-commerce, or retail
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing large-scale, complex deals focused on delivering measurable value for clients
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a proven track record of creating and managing high-performance teams
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and the vision to align local strategies with global business objectives
