Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to assess and understand the individual needs of the student.
  • Adapt and implement educational plans to cater to the student's specific learning requirements.
  • Provide one-on-one support during classroom activities and lessons.
  • Build positive relationships with the student to enhance their engagement and well-being.
  • Assist in applying behavior management strategies tailored to the student's needs.

Qualifications and Skills:
