Senior Project Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Cost Estimator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders for a range of high-profile fit-out contracts, including luxury 5-star hotels, bespoke residential, educational, health, social, and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit tenders for construction and fit-out contracts
  • Conduct site visits and gather data for tender preparation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of tender submissions and client communications
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a construction-related course or relevant qualifications
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience working as a QS/Estimator
  • Proven track record in a similar fit-out and construction role
  • Experience of confidently pricing tenders to a minimum value of £1M+
  • Good understanding of market rates and profit margins
  • Full driver's license and proficiency in MS Office and estimating software
