Job Title: Senior Project Cost Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Cost Estimator to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Senior Project Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting tenders for a range of construction and high-profiled fit-out contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit tenders for construction and fit-out contracts
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
  • Manage and coordinate the tendering process, including the preparation of bid documents and presentations
  • Provide cost estimates and advice to clients and contractors
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Construction Related Course or Relevant Qualifications
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience working as a QS/Estimator
  • Proven track record within a similar fit-out and construction role
  • Experience of confidently pricing tenders to the minimum value of £1M+
  • Good understanding of market rates and profit margins
  • Full driver's license and proficient on MS Office and Estimating Software
