Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our team as a Branch Lister in our Stamford branch. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market, while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Providing expert advice on property valuations and market trends

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, Residential Sales Manager or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking for a career progression
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence holder
