Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rural Surveyor to join our team at Hunter Dunning. As a Senior Rural Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on rural estate management, valuation, planning, and development. You will work closely with our clients to secure new business, act as the Principal Agent for rural estate management clients, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new business with new and existing clients
  • Act as the Principal Agent for rural estate management clients
  • Estate and farming business reviews including diversification projects
  • Produce and implement strategic plans
  • Rural valuation work
  • Provide tailored solutions to clients

Requirements:

  • MRICS
  • RICS Registered valuer
  • Proven track record in rural consultancy
  • UK Driving Licence and car
