Position Overview

Alexander Lloyd is excited to collaborate with a leading Pension Administration Service in the recruitment of a Pensions Advisory Consultant, offering a flexible working arrangement.

The ideal candidate will engage in:

  • Delivering specialized pensions advisory support to the Technical Policy and Services division and various operational teams.
  • Ensuring adherence to the schemes' regulations, pension laws, and compliance standards.
  • Gaining comprehensive insights into the schemes' regulations and the wider pensions environment, evaluating the implications of modifications on administrative workflows and member entitlements.
  • Participating in the formulation of administrative policies and operational practices.

We seek an individual with:

  • In-depth understanding of the UK pensions framework, general pension administration practices, scheme regulations, and pension taxation laws.
  • Robust analytical and investigative capabilities, with a talent for clearly documenting processes.
  • Essential expertise in Defined Benefit (DB) pensions, while familiarity with Defined Contribution (DC) schemes is advantageous.
