Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis
    • Apply your knowledge of CRM to help the business define better business processes.
    • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand business needs and develop solutions.
    • Improve your soft skills as you interact with various departments and teams.
    • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to deliver high-quality business solutions.
    • Help stakeholders break down complex business problems into manageable tasks through story mapping.
    • Contribute to the development of our technology platform and drive business innovation.
    • Be involved in the delivery of multiple projects across various business streams.
    • Own and enhance current business analysis processes with the Head of Software.
  • Requirements
    • Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst is highly desirable.
    • Experience of story mapping and breaking down complex requirements into smaller, manageable pieces of work that deliver business value quickly.
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business, or a related subject, or significant industry experience.
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
