Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Manager to join our team. As a Client Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team responsible for overseeing the implementation of occupational health contracts and services. Your primary focus will be on the setup of new clients on our systems, the exit of clients who leave, and the maintenance of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals responsible for implementing occupational health contracts and services.
  • Ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant processes for client onboarding, exit, and account maintenance.
  • Provide regular updates to the business on current ongoing implementations, exits, and project work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior managers, directors, and key client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to meet client and business requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Business, Implementation, or a related field.
  • Experience of managing a team.
