Financial Support and Vulnerability Advisor

Role Summary:
As a Financial Support and Vulnerability Advisor, you will be an integral member of our customer operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence. You will be empowered to assist customers by collaborating with third-party organizations such as Paylink and National Debt Line.
The focus of this role is to provide enhanced support to our most vulnerable customers facing financial challenges. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with our license conditions while prioritizing customer needs in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and provide tailored support.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive environment for customers in need.
- Make informed decisions based on training and guidelines to deliver exceptional service.
