We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Support Specialist to join our Commercial Support team on a part-time basis. As a Service Desk Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding technical issues and queries, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service and technical support to colleagues across the organization.
  • Prioritize and respond to technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
  • Log and track technical issues in our service management system, assigning priorities in line with service level agreements.
  • Utilize technical tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Evaluate and escalate unresolved technical issues to internal and external resolver groups.
  • Take ownership of technical incidents and communicate progress to colleagues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and technical skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Incident management experience is desirable but not essential.
