About the Role:

PMA Sales Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Corporate & Government sales sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Corporate & Government sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in new business sales, preferably in the Corporate & Government sector
  • Proven track record of achievement in sales, with a strong focus on business development and growth
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, such as Challenger or SPIN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
