About the Role:
PMA Sales Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Corporate & Government sales sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the Corporate & Government sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in new business sales, preferably in the Corporate & Government sector
- Proven track record of achievement in sales, with a strong focus on business development and growth
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, such as Challenger or SPIN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
