Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Fawkes & Reece South is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bristol. As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial success of upcoming schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-construction activities, including procurement and management of sub-contract packages
  • Dealing with variations and valuations
  • Monthly reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of administering JCT forms of contract
  • Experience working within a main contractor
  • Ability to manage sub-contract packages
  • Right to work in the UK
