Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Advance TRS. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing a Project Quantity Surveyor and Apprentice Quantity Surveyor, ensuring the successful delivery of commercial aspects of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake pre-contract setup, including forecasting, measurement, sub-contract tendering, and procurement.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of various projects, including valuations, budget monitoring, material/plant reconciliation, and contract variations/compensation events.
  • Assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
  • Responsible for producing and maintaining project forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience within civil engineering.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
