We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, arts & leisure, and education.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with experience in UK construction consultancies. MRICS accreditation or working towards chartership is highly desirable. You will be confident in client meetings, possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, arts & leisure, and education
  • Develop and implement surveying strategies to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage junior surveyors and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Contribute to the development of the company's surveying expertise
