We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Project Officer to join our team at VANRATH. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with ISO Overview Procedure
  • Manage Freedom of Information and Data Protection requests
  • Undertake investigations in relation to disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Support recruitment and selection processes
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and implement infrastructure management strategies
  • Promote a positive Health and Safety culture across the organization
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 or NEBOSH qualification
  • Two years' experience in a generalist HR environment
  • Proven ability to provide professional support and guidance to others
  • Experience in participating and driving Organisational Compliance
