About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team at Tesco Brockworth. As a Travel Money Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our retail customers, helping them navigate the world of foreign exchange and currency management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs, tailoring their experience to their destination.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted travel money advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused, to drive business success.
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a numerically proficient, IT-savvy individual with excellent communication skills and a desire to succeed. If you're passionate about travel, customer service, and financial expertise, we want to hear from you.

Our Interview Process

Our interview process consists of four stages:

  1. An initial screening call with our Talent Acquisition Partners or Bureau Managers.
  2. An online interview, where we'll delve deeper into Travelex and the role, and you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and experience.
  3. A face-to-face meeting with the Bureau Manager at the Tesco Brockworth bureau, where you'll get to see the working environment and ask questions.
  4. A final stage, where we'll offer you the opportunity to join Travelex as a Travel Money Advisor, or provide detailed feedback if you're unsuccessful.
