Job Title: Travel Money Advisor

Are you passionate about helping customers navigate the world of international money? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for building relationships? We're looking for a skilled Travel Money Advisor to join our team at Travelex.

About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on foreign exchange transactions. You'll work closely with customers to understand their travel needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their travel and currency needs
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and guidance on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements:
  • Numerical proficiency, with a strong grasp of numbers and attention to detail
  • IT proficiency, with experience working with computers and in-house till systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a positive impact and deliver exceptional results
