We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administration Assistant to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff and patients, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics and services.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Support: Provide a warm welcome to patients, book appointments, and maintain accurate records of patient attendance and appointment outcomes.
- Administrative Tasks: Produce daily appointment sheets, ensure patient registration is accurate, and record attendance.
- Communication: Deal with patient and staff enquiries, resolving local issues and relaying messages as necessary.
- Waiting Times Management: Monitor waiting times and alert the Administration Coordinator to any difficulties.
- Project Work: Undertake ad-hoc project work as directed by the Administration Coordinator.

- As a Business Administration Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, working towards the completion of the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme.
