We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Graduate Recruitment Bureau. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of sales volume, share of the market, and profitability for our clients in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with existing retail customers on a daily basis to discuss sales strategies and product offerings.
- Develop and implement sales plans to increase sales volume and market share.
- Attend customer meetings and product launches to educate point-of-sale staff and retailers on new products and promotions.
- Ensure that point-of-sale staff are trained and aware of all products, price points, and range availability.
- Provide 1:1 training to sales staff on negotiation, objection handling, information gathering, distribution, and effective merchandising.
Requirements:
- A driving license with no more than 6 points.
- Desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
- Great at building relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Happy to travel with regular stays away from home.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £34,000, reviewed annually.
- A company car and fuel card.
- An annual company bonus of up to 10% of salary.
- A sales bonus scheme of up to £4,500 per year.
- £2,000 of annual allowances, including a daily food budget.
