Our client, a prominent multi-branch global Estate Agency, is currently in search of a skilled Property Management Coordinator to enhance their dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth progression of tenancies and supporting the overall administrative functions within the organization.
As a key member of the team, you will facilitate the transition of tenancies from offer to occupancy while applying your comprehensive understanding of property regulations. The position demands a proactive individual with strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail, as it involves managing a high volume of tenancies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the progression of tenancy agreements from offer to completion, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.
- Adhere to company policies and relevant legislation, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
- Handle incoming calls, manage documentation within the property management system, and actively participate in team meetings.
- Coordinate essential services such as Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), safety inspections, cleaning, and inventory assessments for tenancies.
- Ensure all necessary bookings are finalized prior to the tenancy commencement date and follow up with relevant parties to confirm their obligations.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Tenancy Progression or Property Management.
- A detail-oriented professional who excels in a high-volume work environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Driven by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- ARLA qualification is desirable.
