Key Responsibilities- Complete cleaning tasks according to schedules and guidelines provided.
- Utilise equipment and technology to enhance performance.
- Work collaboratively to increase customer satisfaction levels.
- Engage as part of the Environmental Services team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve cleaning requirements and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of all common areas within the housing estate.
- Liaise with residents, Safer Tower Hamlets Teams, and other services in emergency situations.
- Perform routine inspections, identify safety concerns, and maintain records.
- Promote excellent customer care and integrate residents' aspirations into service provision.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Report any health and safety risks and take immediate action to make them safe.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Knowledge of customer care principles and effective caretaking services.
- Strong communication skills and ability to establish positive relationships.
- Understanding of diverse needs and commitment to equality.
- Basic familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
- Standard DBS is required.
- UK Driving licence preferred but not essential.
