Senior Operations Associate

Gopuff is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Associate to join our Operations team. As a key member of our Site leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring high operational standards at our MFCs to deliver timely and accurately for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the team during the Night shift, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and setting a positive example for the warehouse team.
  • Pick and pack items accurately on a per order basis for dispatch to customers, ensuring a seamless delivery experience.
  • Support the management of Delivery Partners to ensure a slick delivery experience.
  • Resolve customer issues related to substituted or out-of-stock items, providing excellent customer service.
  • Receive product from vendors, ensuring physical count matches purchase order/invoice, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Manage stock levels, put away products to inventory locations, and conduct cycle counts to minimize out-of-stock products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment, aligned with Operating Standards.
  • Support Onsite Health & Safety compliance and testing.
About You:
  • You have experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
  • You possess general working knowledge of basic web-based software applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • You have a strong work ethic, are punctual, responsible, and honest.
  • You have effective communication skills, are organized, team-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
  • You are flexible and available to cover shifts Overnight (12am - 7am).
