Sellick Partnership is working with a top-tier Legal 500 ranked firm in Newcastle City Centre to find a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate to join a growing Real Estate team with a strong reputation in Newcastle.

The role will involve dealing with Real Estate matters such as:

  • Landlord and tenant;
  • Financing transactions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years PQE;
  • Strong commercial real estate experience in private practice;
  • Proven capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets;
  • Proven experience of handling own caseload, working to and managing deadlines.
