Key Purpose of the Role:
Provide essential administrative support to the Corporate Account & Sales Team at Kings Security. Engage with both internal and external key stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, communicating directly through various channels.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customer and supplier contacts.
• Regularly update the database to ensure information accuracy.
• Oversee the management of the Client Portal.
• Identify and address issues impacting customer service and account profitability.
• Collaborate with different departments to generate reports on timelines, deadlines, and costs for customers.
• Follow up with Installation and Service departments to ensure timely job completion in accordance with Customer SLAs.
• Work alongside the Customer Service department to resolve any invoice-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with all service agreements.
• Assist the Installation team by preparing necessary Installation packs for key customers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with relevant contacts within client organizations.
• Uphold and enhance the processes and regulations within the business.
• Conduct weekly and quarterly analyses to monitor performance.
• Keep accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Corporate Account team.
• Provide monthly updates to the CAD to showcase performance against sales KPIs, debtors, SLAs, and URN status.
• Adhere to the organization's information security policies to protect assets from unauthorized access and disclosure.
• Report any security events or potential risks to the organization.
