Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness and absence management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness and absence management, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Work closely with senior management and HR teams to identify and address employee relations issues.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee relations skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong HR and employee relations experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a unionized industry.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
  • A 6-9 month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.
