Employee Relations Advisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team in Bradford. As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality and consistent Employee Relations advice to our employees and line managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Employee Relations advice, support, and coaching to line managers across the employee lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Employee Relations policies and procedures.
  • Conduct case reviews and provide risk assessments to ensure compliance with employment law.
  • Attend meetings and provide timely and accurate advice to line managers on Employee Relations processes and procedures.
  • Support business change initiatives, such as restructuring and TUPE, and provide guidance on employment law implications.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and data to support Employee Relations activities.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Employee Relations or a related field, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and its application.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proactive and commercially focused approach to case management and risk.
  • Experience of working closely with stakeholders, resolving issues, and building good relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
