The Opportunity
Due to significant project growth, a remarkable opportunity has emerged within a reputable building information modeling consultancy. You will become part of a dynamic team of BIM professionals dedicated to advancing key projects across the UK.

Your Responsibilities

As a BIM MEP Coordinator, your role will encompass:

  • Overseeing all phases of BIM projects, from initial setup to project completion.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the BIM team, ensuring effective collaboration and project milestone achievement.
  • Managing project timelines and workloads, ensuring adherence to schedules.
  • Coordinating work allocation and planning for the team, ensuring technical management of BIM datasets and workflows.
  • Establishing clear communication of team responsibilities and project requirements.
  • Engaging professionally with clients, both remotely and during site meetings, to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Maintaining compliance with BIM drawing standards and managing any variations in project parameters.
  • Collaborating with the Design Systems Team to communicate procedural changes effectively.
  • Ensuring the BIM Team's outputs align with client standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documenting all project activities and maintaining accurate records of hours worked and deliverables completed.
  • Upholding document control systems and ensuring the secure storage of client information.
  • Supporting the office's operational functions to ensure a professional work environment.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance when representing the company.
  • Committing to a workplace free from harassment and discrimination.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards, both in the office and on client sites.
Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess an HNC equivalent in a relevant field.
