Hydrock is seeking a seasoned MEP Director to lead our dynamic team of building services design professionals in Manchester. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape and grow our team, leaving a lasting legacy on the company's success.

Our firm has a strong presence throughout the North of England, with offices in Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle, and Scotland. As the MEP Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding our Manchester office while contributing to projects across the region and nationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, establishing Hydrock's brand presence within the Manchester market.
  • Effectively manage team performance, workload, costs, and operational efficiency.
  • Achieve monthly and annual team budgets, contribute to MEP budget planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic growth plans.
  • Lead business development efforts, maintain accurate forecasting, and contribute to the overall success of the MEP division.
