About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our MEP division as a Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the MEP division.
  • Lead and manage a team of MEP professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to promote the division's services and reputation.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and departments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and business development.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Our MEP division is a leading provider of engineering design services, specializing in energy, sustainability, and engineering design. We work with clients across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, manufacturing, logistics, heritage, and residential.
