Your Journey:

Begin your journey with a week-long training program at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you'll receive industry-leading training and expert guidance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
