Conference and Banqueting Manager

Britannia Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Conference and Banqueting Manager to join our team at the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool.

Located in the heart of Liverpool city centre, just a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Lime St Station, this magnificent Edwardian-style hotel is a grand and historic landmark. With 402 bedrooms and 14 versatile conference suites, accommodating up to 850 delegates, this large hotel is a popular choice for a variety of events, including wedding receptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the hotel's conference and banqueting facilities, including layouts, capacities, and menus.
  • Set up and assist clients with audio-visual equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting event organisers and serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Lead, supervise, support, and train the conference and banqueting team.
  • Ensure a professional service is delivered to clients.
  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation for event rooms.

The ideal candidate will be a supervisor or have experience in conference and banqueting, ready to take on a supervisory role.
