Corporate Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Administrator to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our substance misuse directorate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration of our operations, including secretarial duties, data entry, time management, and monitoring systems.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the directorate's monthly finance management meeting and process
- Act as the directorate's single point of contact for Salesforce/relationship management
- Organize, coordinate, and plan meetings, provide minutes, distribute these, and track actions for the senior management team and regional managers
- Provide support by writing business letters, reports, papers, minutes, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring deadlines are met and the documents meet senior management professional standards
- Maintain administrative/filing/record systems to support the senior management team and regional managers
- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, provide information, and update senior management team and regional manager calendars
- Make travel arrangements and reservations for senior managers and regional managers
- Support strategic projects, implementation, and investigations
- Experience in an administrative role
- Excellent IT skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Experience of establishing and maintaining efficient systems
- Experience of diary management and coordinating meetings and events
- Able to understand different stakeholders and their needs, prioritizing work as necessary and working autonomously
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Credible, confidential, diplomatic, and efficient at all times
