ROLE SUMMARY

Pfizer's Commercial Analytics & AI (CAAI) division is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join the Insights Strategy & Execution (ISE) team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in enabling Pfizer's commercial brand strategy by delivering high-quality and impactful strategic business decision support to commercial and cross-functional leaders.

The ISE Therapeutic Area (TA) Manager is responsible for delivering performance measurement solutions, guiding investment decisions, and identifying insights that drive inline and launch strategies for priority brands/portfolios. This person will design and execute analytics and insights plans, delivering actionable insights that result in direct business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the identification of data and insight needs, design of analytics and research plans, and the execution of those plans, incorporating solutions across the catalog of CAAI capabilities.
  2. Deliver customer analytics, segmentation and targeting, promotional resource allocation, field force sizing, omnichannel analysis, and other advanced analytics.
  3. Effectively collaborate on the delivery of advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, data science, and machine learning, as needed.
  4. Connect research and analytics together into compelling and actionable insights.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in a quantitative discipline.
  2. Extensive multi-disciplinary experience with a preference for exposure to business analytics/finance, marketing, engineering, or other quantitative field.
  3. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in the UK, including relevant data sources required to understand and generate insights about the market.
  4. Experience across at least some CAAI capabilities, including data analytics, primary and secondary market research, data reporting & visualization, and forecasting/modeling.
