Pfizer's Commercial Analytics & AI (CAAI) division is seeking a highly skilled Insights Strategy & Execution (ISE) Therapeutic Area Manager to join our team. As a key member of the ISE team, you will play a critical role in enabling Pfizer's commercial brand strategy by providing data-driven insights and strategic business decision support to commercial and cross-functional leaders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality and impactful strategic business decision support to business leaders in the UK, focusing on [Primary Care/Specialty Care/Oncology] business units. This will involve designing and executing analytics and insights plans, delivering actionable insights that result in direct business impact, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the identification of data and insight needs, design of analytics and research plans, and execution of those plans, incorporating solutions across the catalog of CAAI capabilities.
- Deliver customer analytics, segmentation and targeting, promotional resource allocation, field force sizing, omnichannel analysis, and other advanced analytics.
- Effectively collaborate on the delivery of advanced analytics, including predictive modeling, data science, and machine learning, as needed.
- Connect research and analytics together into compelling and actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in a quantitative discipline.
- Extensive multi-disciplinary experience with a preference for exposure to business analytics/finance, marketing, engineering, or other quantitative fields.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in the UK, including relevant data sources required to understand and generate insights about the market.
- Experience across at least some CAAI capabilities, including data analytics, primary and secondary market research, data reporting & visualization, and forecasting/modeling.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) and data science approaches.
- Innovative and agile mindset; fluency in English.
