Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans, drive operational improvements, and establish an effective operating rhythm for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and track the execution of strategic plans, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and key product roadmaps.
  • Operational Improvement: Identify and implement key initiatives to drive further improvements across the organization.
  • Operational Rhythm: Establish and maintain an effective operating rhythm for the business, including weekly and quarterly processes.
  • Communication: Prepare and deliver communications, such as board papers, investment requests, strategic plans, and internal employee communications.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years' experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity roles with progressive levels of seniority.
  • Prior related experience in energy markets, publishing, or information services is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and initiative.
  • Strong managerial, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and multi-task against multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Appreciates multi-culturalism and different perspectives.
  • Strong desire and passion to learn.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
