We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join our Community Learning Disabilities team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational management of the service, ensuring safe and effective processes are in place to support the delivery of high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational line management to the team, ensuring effective day-to-day management and coordination of services.
- Develop and implement service plans, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives and priorities.
- Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality care, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective partnerships and communication, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Postgraduate study to Masters Level or equivalent in a field related to health and social care.
- Experience in operational and/or project management role in the NHS.
- Leadership or other organisational development training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to listen and respect others' views and opinions.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with staff, commissioners, and partner agencies.
