About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Security Manager to join our team at Thales. As a Project Security Manager, you will be responsible for providing authoritative guidance to project teams on security grading guides, security aspects letters, and non-disclosure agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide security guidance to project teams on security grading guides, security aspects letters, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Work with project teams to identify potential business critical information assets.
  • Ensure security risks register is created and maintained and coordinate these risks on behalf of the project.
  • Creation and maintenance of project security management plans.
  • Act as the point of contact within the project and liaison between the local security contact and corporate security office.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in the defence sector or for a government agency, in a role where you've created and maintained project security management plans.
  • Aptitude for learning is key, as detailed training will be provided.
Security Clearance

This role requires you to be a UK National and achieve Security Clearance (SC) without any caveats. It would be advantageous if currently held, however, if not currently held, it is a requirement that the successful applicant undergo, achieve, and maintain SC Clearance prior to commencing employment.
