Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Thales is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing high-value projects in a complex, multidisciplinary environment. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve their goals.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead complex projects from initiation to delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered to the required quality standards
