Pharmacist Prescriber Opportunity

We are working with a leading Medical Cannabis company to find a skilled Pharmacist Prescriber to join their on-site pharmacy in Reading.

The successful candidate will work with patients from initial eligibility appointments to implementation and assessment of care, ensuring a high standard of treatment throughout.

Using their clinical knowledge and pharmaceutical guidance, the Pharmacist Prescriber will support patients with medicines information and pharmaceutical advice, as well as prescribing repeat prescription requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support patients with medicines information and pharmaceutical advice
  • Prescribe repeat prescription requests
  • Work with patients from initial eligibility appointments to implementation and assessment of care
Requirements:
  • MSc. in Pharmacy
  • Passion for high-quality care

This is a hybrid role with the site based in Reading, available to commute from Basingstoke, Wokingham, Frimley, Bracknell, and Maidenhead.
