Job Summary

The Entertainer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee and manage the operation of our stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountability for the sales and trading performance of your trading locations, including regular analysis via our trade reporting tools and optimizing trading space.
  • To be a brand ambassador to our partners, building strong working relationships with key stakeholders and encouraging your team to deliver The Entertainer experience.
  • To manage the performance of your team, including the annual review process, company disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance improvement plans, and counseling procedures.
  • Effective delivery of store tasks, including deliveries, adhering to stock storage principles, merchandising standards, and delivering promotional set-ups.

Requirements

  • A great people manager with experience of leading, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Strong and concise communication and organization skills, being confident engaging with key stakeholders at all levels across multiple brands.
  • Experience in analyzing reports and interpreting data to react quickly and commercially to influence sales and performance.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Microsoft Teams is essential.
  • UK driving license would be preferred due to the multi-site nature of the role but not essential.
