Position Summary:
We are looking for two dedicated technicians on a temporary basis to support our ongoing projects. The ideal candidates will possess a diverse skill set and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct snagging and repair work as required.
2. Perform floor installations in small bathrooms and kitchens.
3. Execute minor carpentry tasks.
4. Engage in patch plastering activities.
5. Utilize all-round maintenance skills effectively.
6. Carry out painting and decorating duties.
Candidate Requirements:
- A positive and can-do attitude.
- Proven experience and qualifications in multiple maintenance disciplines.
