We are seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Technician to join our team at Carbon 60. As a Site Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the decommissioning of a major food production facility in Southall. Your duties will include removing rubbish to skips, taking furniture apart and removing to another part of the building, taking up floor tiles and relocating the stores department, and loading components into a van and delivering to the new stores in Leamington Spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the decommissioning of the site
  • Remove rubbish to skips
  • Take furniture apart and remove to another part of the building
  • Take up floor tiles and relocate the stores department
  • Load components into a van and deliver to the new stores
  • Clean the kitchen area and toilets
  • Perform basic carpentry and painting

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of building maintenance
  • Strong general construction background
  • Full UK driving license
  • UK Driving licence with no more than 3 points
  • CSCS preferred but not essential
