Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving financial and commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a large team of staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the executive head chef and management team to deliver business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze financial and commercial performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Financial management skills, with experience of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
