Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial aspects of construction projects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, and variations.
  • Minimise risk, cost, and maximise value by cost checking and analysis of labour, plant, and materials.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Recognised Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness and a focus on profit and cash.
  • Prior experience with Construction Management projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of managing packages, from pre-contract to post-contract.
  • Large-scale major project experience and Construction Management experience.
  • Strategy – ability to disseminate internal and external data and apply sound judgement regarding the strategic direction of the business.
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or a related subject.
